I am impressed by the quality of the detail on the bike as well as the fact that you took on something so difficult. In looking closer I can see odd pieces and shapes that are not quite right but the overall impression is clearly in the color and texture of the colored metal and the chrome finishes. This shows the beauty in a powerful machine.

I was really convinced in both pictures that the motorcycle was real. The one you recreated took on the look of being a professional ad. The lighting and shine of the bike really help make the picture more believeable. Well done on this mesh project!

i like the detail as well the only thing i got to say that bugs me is that the front wheel looks lopsided, like it hit a few speed bumps but overall you did a good job. pretty tough project for first timers, i know

Bravo Alex. You really got into this assignment, I can tell. The word HORNET does take away from the quality of the graphic bec. the wording is so "messy." I recommend taking it off for a better grade.

However, as far as picking out the key elements and saving yourself a little time, you really choose well, excluding things that are not as obvious.
